By Participating in the Soter World Services (Guernsey) Trust, you are eligible for trust services as outlined below. These services are included as elected as part of participation in the international trust established for international travellers.

TRUST SERVICES

  • Certain travel and medical insurance benefits as outlined in the participant enrollment through Global Protective Solutions or other specified customised offerings. The Trust is not an insurer but is the holder of an insurance policy held under the terms of the Trust for the benefit of Participants to provide Travel Accident and Illness Benefits.

 

  • Medical emergency assistance service, available 24/7/365 to assist participants in the event of a medical emergency. This service can direct ill or injured persons to the nearest facility for treatment, including arranging of medical evacuation, family coordination and other needs. Emergency Medical Assistance Services provider is Global Response, Ltd.

 

  • Crisis24 is a leading risk management company, providing a wide range of travel security advice and assistance services designed to help with safety and risk minimization, including lost or stolen passport assistance.

    In addition to your access to Crisis24 Crisis Management Services, your participation includes Horizon Mobile – A downloadable app for your smartphone for the duration of your trip. The app includes location intelligence, alerts, quick connect assistance buttons, advice sheets and useful links. This app is available on Android and iOS. Your Registration Code is available when you log into your account. The details are provided on your participation confirmation.

  • Prescription services for expatriates can supply prescriptions in most countries for most prescriptions. Service provider is Expatriate Prescription Services
